IJN - National Heart Institute

IJN services include various inpatient and outpatient treatments, allied health services including cardiac rehabilitation programs, diet counseling and cardiopulmonary resuscitation programs, and executive screening programs for comprehensive medical examinations focused on the heart. Doctors employed in this hospital are 37 cardiologists, 20 surgeons and 13 anesthesiologists.

IJN has 8 wards including the pediatric wards, 18 Intensive Care Unit beds, 12 Coronary Care Unit beds, and 10 Pediatric Intensive Care Unit beds. There are 5 operating theatres and 4 invasive cardiovascular laboratories and an emergency department that operates round the clock. All rooms are furnished with at least one cable television, a sofa or a lounge and a telephone, plus they come with a variety of menu options as well. Except for the single standard room, all other types have a refrigerator.
